EMA production technique uses lost wax technology. EMA is able to melt Nickel and Cobalt bared alloy for most critical components of aircraft turbines or gas turbine applications.

Our technology

EMA technology covers the full range of metallurgical structure as the Single Crystal Structure (SX), the Directionally Solidified Structure (DS) and the Equiaxed Structure (EQX).

EMA makes two types of products :

-           solid parts, with a full metal structure

-           cored parts, with internal passages dedicated to the cooling of the part itself during the work life and typically used on the most critical stages of the aircraft engine turbines where temperature and pressure reach values very close to the metal limit.

EMA production range is actually very wide with parts which dimensions are variegate, from 100 mm length per 30 mm diameter up to 800 mm length per 200 mm diameter.

Our goals

EMA is continuously investing in technology and capability that can be exploited in the aeronautic and energy sectors to create a competitive range of products.

EMA points of strength can be summarised into :

-           a consistent technical department

-           a flexible production

-           a very short development and validation time

-           a mixed range of products in terms of size and metal structure.

EMA “customer focus” view offers a turnkey production process ready to follow the market variations and always satisfies the customer’s request.

EMA is currently performing a yearly growth of the investment in products, technical capability and infrastructures to enforce his market position increasing the quality and the variety of customers.
